Private Pay Care Coordinator

For individuals with the ability to pay privately, guardianship services are available upon referral.  As with our Embrace Journey model, the referring entity will complete an intake packet with the necessary information to both determine whether the individual is appropriate for the program and draft the initial guardianship pleadings.  

This service is particularly useful for families that are spread out geographically or who maintain hectic schedules, as a professional guardian is on the clock 24 hours a day and our staff is always available to handle an emergency situation.  

Our staff has experience with real estate management & sale of estates of all sizes.  We will file regular status reports monthly, quarterly & annually  upon request, attend all medical and care conference, keep detailed accountings and case notes.  We are committed to keeping family members, agencies, and Courts well informed of our clients' environmental, medical, and financial circumstance.
